Most organizations are still stuck in the AI experimentation phase.

They've tried ChatGPT. A few people use AI regularly. But there's no shared strategy, no repeatable workflows, and no clear path to business impact.

Every workshop is built around your business.

No canned curriculum. No generic demos. Every engagement is designed around your team's goals, challenges, and level of AI maturity.

Whether your focus is productivity, sales, operations, marketing, or customer experience, we build the workshop around what matters most to you.

Your Team Builds What They Actually Need

Participants don't build practice projects. They build agents for the work sitting on their desk right now — the report that eats every Monday morning, the data that gets copied by hand, the proposal that takes three drafts. They leave using what they built.

45–90 minutes

AI Foundations

For organizations beginning their AI journey, or leadership teams that need to align around practical AI opportunities before committing to a direction.

Half day

Hands-On AI Workshop

Participants bring their real bottlenecks and build working agents against them, live, in the room. Everyone leaves with at least one tool that starts saving them time immediately.

Full day

AI Enablement Intensive

An immersive session that goes wider: redesigning workflows across teams and building a connected set of agents, so the gains compound instead of staying stuck with one person.

Need something different?
Every workshop is customized — these are starting points, not packages.

  • Hands-on, not lecture-based
  • Built around your actual workflows
  • Everyone leaves with something they can use
  • Designed for every level of AI experience
  • Guardrails built in from the start
  • Immediate business value

From ideas to implementation in a single afternoon.

During a four-hour working session, participants identified real business challenges and collaborated to design and build seven AI agents — each aimed at a task that used to eat hours every week.

Instead of leaving with ideas, they left with working solutions.

Meet Our Founder

Julie has spent more than two decades helping organizations navigate major technology shifts, not by chasing trends, but by translating new tools into practical, usable systems inside real work.

Today she leads MindFlare AI, where she focuses on responsible, effective AI enablement for teams. Her work centers on helping organizations move beyond experimentation and hype, and instead build clear guardrails, practical workflows, and confident day-to-day AI usage.

Julie has worked with teams at organizations including Dell Expert Network, HP, Fortinet, and Red Hat, and has authored five books on AI enablement focused on helping teams learn by doing. She's known for making complex technology approachable, and for insisting that AI be used to support people, not replace them.

Her perspective is grounded in a simple belief: AI should make work better, not more chaotic. The companies that get this right won't just move faster; they'll build healthier, more resilient organizations in the process.

Here's what we believe about AI.

AI only sticks when it's hands-on.

Sitting through hours of AI theory or generic demos rarely changes how people actually work. AI takes hold when it's learned inside day-to-day workflows, with just-in-time guidance and clear boundaries. That's why every MindFlare engagement is a working session, not a lecture.

AI should enhance human creativity, not replace it.

The best companies use AI to eliminate tedious tasks so employees can focus on strategy, innovation, and customer experience — not to hollow out their teams.

You don't need to be an AI expert to lead AI adoption.

AI is evolving fast, but leaders don't need to chase every tool or trend. What matters is creating clarity: what's safe, what's useful, and where AI genuinely helps the work move faster and better.

AI should accelerate growth, not just cut costs.

Used well, it helps teams scale intelligently, serve customers more effectively, and unlock new opportunities — not just reduce headcount.

The risks are real, and worth taking seriously.

AI has the ability to do enormous good or cause great harm. That's why we believe responsible, human-centered adoption matters — and why we're intentional about the organizations we work with.

This philosophy shapes every engagement.

It's not a values page we wrote once and forgot. It determines how each workshop is designed, what we teach, and where we draw the line.

Stop learning about AI. Start building with it.

Let's build a workshop that helps your team move from AI experimentation to real business impact.
